Nice to “meet” you! I’m Bryanna — a Florida photographer based in Sarasota, FL, wife to an incredible husband, and mama to three beautiful children who inspire me daily. In 2024, I experienced my first home birth, and it completely changed the vision I had for the kind of support I wanted to offer women during birth. For a while, I wrestled with what that was supposed to look like. I considered becoming a doula, pursuing midwifery, even getting certified in placenta encapsulation. I knew without a doubt that I was called to serve the birth community in some capacity—but I was equally in love with photography and couldn’t imagine walking away from it either.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that the two would beautifully intertwine. When I hired my own birth photographer—who quickly became one of my dearest friends—I expected someone to document the day. What I experienced was so much more than that. She held my hand. She prayed with us. She worshipped in the room with us. She cried happy tears beside us. She encouraged me, empowered me, and somehow still managed to preserve every meaningful moment unfolding around us.

Then I received my birth gallery back… and I sobbed. Not just because of the images themselves, but because of what they represented. The strength. The tenderness. The presence of God in the room. The way such fleeting moments were held onto forever. And immediately, I knew. This was it. This was the calling I could feel deep in my bones: birth photography.

Since then, I’ve fallen deeply in love with documenting every part of the story—birth, motherhood, maternity, newborn days, and the connection that exists long before a baby ever arrives. Photography has become more than just art to me. It’s a way of preserving the moments that often feel ordinary while we’re living them, but become priceless over time.

In late 2024, I took a leap of faith and reached out to a friend for mentorship. Her yes helped shape everything that followed. Through serving and learning alongside an incredible photography team at church, I was given the space to grow creatively, sharpen my eye, and truly find my rhythm behind the lens. I’ll always be grateful for that season and the people who poured into me along the way.

Now, I’m here—living the very thing I once only dreamed about.
